Olkilouto Nuclear Power Station in Finland provides enough power each day for 5 million Aussie homes. A new national poll conducted by Essential Research on behalf of WePlanet Australia shows that a majority of Australians support introducing nuclear energy. The survey found that 52% of Australians support Australia developing nuclear power for electricity generation, while 33% oppose it, giving nuclear energy a net support of +18 percentage points. A further 15% are unsure.
